About Bhargavi:
Bhargavi has been a physiotherapist for 10 years, predominantly working in private practice and has additional experience in community and hospital settings. She graduated with bachelors of physiotherapy in India in 2011 and worked in a private practice and sports set up for 2 years. She moved countries to study Masters of Musculoskeletal and Sports physiotherapy from University of South Australia. She worked in South Australia for 8 years and successfully completed her license exams. 

Area of interest:
Bhargavi enjoys all aspects of physiotherapy with special interest in treating TMJ disorders and vestibular issues

Outside work, Bhargavi loves to go for walks, art galleries, museums, shopping centres and laughing at her own jokes.

Karishma Jhaveri

About Karishma:
Karishma has grown up in a few different countries before migrating to Australia 4 years ago. Karishma decided to be a physiotherapist after attending Physiotherapy sessions with her Dad who suffered with lower back and neck pain.

Karishma loves the water and is a keen scuba diver. Her next trip to dive is with the great white sharks or the hammerheads!

Karishma loves her adventure sports and is always keen to try out anything new; she currently trains in Aerial Hoop and Pole.

Not only did she graduate with a Physiotherapy degree, Karishma has also gained intensive training in Clinical Pilates, Reformer Pilates & Mat pilates.

Area of interest:
Sports (special interest in circus/aerial sports), musculoskeletal (especially back & neck pain) & paediatrics.

Aditya Thakur

About Adi:
Adi is an experienced senior physiotherapist with over 6 years of expertise in treating muscle and joint injuries. He collaborates closely with local sports, orthopaedic, and general physicians.

Adi’s background includes working with professional athletes in the NRL and triathlons, showcasing his in-depth knowledge of sports-related injuries and his ability to tailor treatments to athletes’ unique needs. Whether you’re a pro-athlete or a casual one, or have common postural related/chronic pain, Adi has the know-how to help you overcome physical limitations, be pain free and perform your best.

He stays up-to-date with the latest developments in physiotherapy, ensuring that his treatments are based on the latest research and evidence.

By using techniques like manual therapy, dry needling, clinical pilates and evidence-based exercises, Adi is dedicated to guiding patients on their journey to recovery.

Adi also has extensive experience in helping individuals with chronic pain, particularly in the neck, back, lower limbs, and shoulders. His patient-centred approach focuses on accurate diagnosis and personalised treatment plans to help you reach your goals.

When he's not in the clinic, Aditya loves staying active and staying connected to his community through swimming, gym and kickboxing. His passion for sports and personal well-being greatly influences his approach to physiotherapy, enabling him to empathize with his patients and serve them better.
