CLASS BOOKINGS

For all existing clients you may book directly via our timetable or through your Ideal Physiotherapy App.

For all new clients please contact the clinic for assistance.

HOW TO BOOK

Click “book” for the class you would like to attend > you will be directed to the log in page > if you have an existing class package your class will be booked and a confirmation email will be sent.

*if you don’t have an existing class package you will be required to purchase before booking the class.

Download our APP from the App Store or Google Play and manage your bookings freely.

CANCELLATIONS

We have a strict 10 hour cancellation policy for classes and appointments. If you do not cancel your class/appointment within 10 hours, you will be charged the full amount. Cancellations must be done through your app.
