No fancy footwork required here! Meet us at the barre and treat your body to an isometric work out (hold your body still while you work a specific set of muscles) combined with high reps and small range of movement exercises.
For the extra burn grab yourself some weights to target the biceps, triceps, chest and back. Engage your core for the entire class, then target it with Pilates and Yoga based exercises.
Work muscles you forgot you had and cool down with a guided meditation that will leave you feeling amazing.

Ladies are you looking for a fun and fat burning work out that will bring you back to your days when you went to ballet? Then we have the class for you! It’s called Barre + Core.
Tania will take your work outs to the next level, with a class designed to reshape and sculpt your body. Yes it can be that easy to feel like your not even working out during our classes.
Barre + Core is a fusion class with interval training to get the heart pumping using a mix of weights, bands and balls to tone your arms and legs. Throw in some fancy ballet moves (don’t worry no dance experience needed), pilates for your core work out and finish off with some yoga as part of your stretch and cool down.
